Ski wear and equipment
1.For the rental service of ski wear, please measure and confirm your size of ski wear before submitting the application form.As the ski wear(goggles,jacket,pants,boots) will be prepared and place on your seat in tour bus beforehand, therefore if you would like to change the size of ski wear on the departure date, please pay extra money to rent it inside the ski park. Thank you.
2.For the rental service of ski wear & boots, if you are afraid the ski wear would be too tight ,please give us the next size up, thank you.
3.For those who would like to change the size of ski wear/equipment type after submitted your application, we only accept modification ONCE for each application. Therefore, please sincerely measure and confirm your size before submitting your application.The one who has been changed size for once, but request for one more change on your size of ski wear/equipment, 500yen of modification fee will be charged.Thank you.

２． Rent for latest equipment and wear
For those who would like to rent for latest equipment and wear(Ski wear,ski/snowboard,goggles,boots), please add relevant cost to rent them.
Adult:8,000yen per person
Child(under 12 years old):5,000yen per person
Details of our plans：
１．This tour will be confirmed to depart once the number of participant reaches 20 ppl(no matter local japanese or foreigner)
２．For the snowboard rental service of child, we only provide snowboard for a child with height which is above 130cm, and shoes size which is above 23cm.We do not provide snowboard rental service for a child with height under 130cm. However, we do provide ski equipment for a child with height under 130cm.
３．Please prepare your own gloves and hat(beanie) or you may rent them beforehand. Rental price:700yen each
４．Please apply the tour no later than 14 days prior to your departure date. For example, if you would like to apply the tour which hold on 15th of Jan, you MUST apply the tour on or before 1st of Jan.
５．Agreement for this tour is confirmed once we confirmed your payment.Please note that only submitted the application form is not indicated that the agreement is being confirmed.
６．If the tour is confirmed 「NOT depart」 3 days prior to your departure date, you are allowed to change your departure date for FREE or request for refund. Refund will be returned to your credit card through Paypal, it may take around 30~100 days for the refund progress.
７．Our company accepts online payment by Paypal. You are allowed to pay by VISA or MASTER card with no service charge via Paypal.
８．We observed that users of gmail or hotmail or yahoo mail cannot receive our mail often.Therefore, once you applied our tour, please also help to check your Junk Mailbox as well.Please kindly contact us if you cannot find any mail from us after submitted your application.
９．After submitted the application form, you are not allowed to change the departure date.Please kindly send us an email to cancel the former application and resubmit a new application for updated departure date. For the cancellation, please make sure to read through the cancellation detail below. Cancellation fee will be charged if you are late to inform us the changes.
１０．After confirmed your application, if you would like to cancel, please refer to the cancellation rule below and send us an email which indicate your full name and departure date for cancellation. Please confirm all the details of our plans before application! Thank you.

１４．If you would like to go Yufuin after the tour, you may take taxi from ski park to 「豊後中村」JR station, and then take JR to Yufuin station. Fee of taxi would be around 6,000yen per car.

For beginner training class
１．This tour accepts application from all foreigners, including japanese.Any nationality can join this tour.
２．As local japanese skier may apply the class on that day, so the number of participant is hard to confirm beforehand. You may assume the maximum number of participant in class is around 15 ppl.
３．As the coach is japanese , therefore the teaching language of class will be conducted in japanese . For those who are afraid of the problem of language barrier, please be relax and follow the action which did from coach. Our past participants are mostly non-japanese speakers, but they still could ski after following the action which taught by coach, so please don’t worry about the language problem.

Depart from Hakata（8:10AM）→Arrived Kujyu Forest Park Skiing Ground（10:30AM）→Beginner training class(optional)（11:00AM〜12:30PM）Free time→Go to hot spring（Bus departs at 16:00）（Go to Hotel）
Second Day:
Breakfast in hotel→Go to ski park by shuttle bus which offered by hotel（10:00AM）→Bus departs from ski park to Hakata（17:00）→Arrived Hakata（Around 19:30PM）
