Standard Course（12,500yen）（+taxes）：
Package includes: Round trip bus + Free beginner training class(need reservation beforehand) + Kyuju hot spring(with personal injury insurance)
(This course is suitable for people who do not want to ski.You may just play snow inside the park.)
Standard course DOES NOT contain any 「ski equipment」,「ski wear」,「Admission ticket」 and 「ski lift ticket」.
You can choose to enter the skiing area for playing snow(not for skiing) or not. However, once you need to enter the park, you must pay 1,500yen for the admission ticket.(You may buy it at the entrance of ski park)
・Child(under 12years old)→Standard course(12,000yen)+taxes

Ski lift ticket course(16,000yen)+tax：
Package includes: Round trip bus + Admission ticket + Ski lift ticket + Free beginner training class(need reservation beforehand) + Kyuju hot spring(with personal injury insurance)
(This course is suitable for people who have their own ski wear and equipment)
・Child(under 12 years old)→Ski lift course(15,000yen)+taxes

As the ski lift only provides single way for going uphill, you may need to go back to downhill by skiing.(you cannot walk back to downhill as there is no walkway.)
Therefore, people who do not want to ski or do not have ski equipment are not be suggested to choose this course.For those who do not want to ski, you are advised to choose Standard course.

Inclusive course for beginner（19,500yen）+taxes：
Package includes:Round trip bus + Admission ticket + Ski lift ticket + Rental service for ski/snowboard + Ski wear
+ Free beginner training class(need reservation beforehand) + Kyuju hot spring(with personal injury insurance)
This course is suitable for people who would like to try skiing but do not have their own equipment and wear.
P.S.:Rental service for ski wear(jacket and pants),equipment(ski/snowboard),goggles, boots are all included in this plan.
｜Please prepare your own gloves and hat(beanie)｜Or you may rent them by paying extra money, rental price:700yen each
For the snowboard rental service of child, we only provide snowboard for a child with height which is above 130cm, and shoes size which is above 23cm.We do not provide snowboard rental service for a child with height under 130cm. However, we do provide ski equipment for a child with height under 130cm.
・Child(under 12 years old)→Inclusive course for beginner(18,500yen)+taxes

1.For the rental service of ski wear, please measure and confirm your size of ski wear before submitting the application form.As the ski wear(goggles,jacket,pants,boots) will be prepared and place on your seat in tour bus beforehand, therefore if you would like to change the size of ski wear on the departure date, please pay extra money to rent it inside the ski park. Thank you.
2.For the rental service of ski wear & boots, if you are afraid the ski wear would be too tight ,please give us the next size up, thank you.
3.For those who would like to change the size of ski wear/equipment type after submitted your application, we only accept modification ONCE for each application. Therefore, please sincerely measure and confirm your size before submitting your application.The one who has been changed size for once, but request for one more change on your size of ski wear/equipment, 500yen of modification fee will be charged.Thank you.

10：30 Arrive Kujyu Forest Park Skiing Ground→
11：00 (Free beginner training class)→
12：30 End of the beginner course-lunch(not included in our plan)、free time→
16：00 筋湯温泉(Sujiyu-onsen) Kujyu hot spring （You may join it freely.For those who would not like to go to hot spring, please take the bus in front of entrance at 17:00，）→
17：15 Pick up at 筋湯温泉(Sujiyu-onsen) Kujyu hot spring→
19：20 Arrive Hakata station

Details of our plans：

1.This tour will be confirmed to depart once the number of participant reaches 20 ppl(no matter local japanese or foreigner)
2.This tour is a package tour which includes transportation fee, skiing course and hot spring course. We are sorry that as the discounted price must be run by package, therefore even if you do not need hot spring course/transportation, no refund will be given.
3.Although all courses stated as above are all contained free beginner training class, if you do not want to ski, you are suggested to choose the Standard Course. Please be reminded that Standard course DOES NOT contain any 「ski equipment」,「ski wear」,「Admission ticket」 and 「ski lift ticket」.You can choose to enter the skiing area for playing snow(not for skiing) or not. However, once you need to enter the park, you must pay 1,500yen for the admission ticket.(You may buy it at the entrance of ski park)
4.Assembly point is located near Hakata station.We do not have pick up service from your hotel/hostel.
5.Assembly point and details will be sent to your email once confirmed your application.
6.For the date of departure, we can only say that there is high possibility to depart on every Sat&Sun in December. For January and February, almost depart everyday. For details, please check the calendar below.
7.If you would like to go Yufuin after the tour, you may take taxi from ski park to 「豊後中村」JR station, and then take JR to Yufuin station. Fee of taxi would be around 6,000yen per car.

Depart or not

This tour will be confirmed to depart once the number of participant reaches 20 ppl(no matter local japanese or foreigner)Please kindly note that we CANNOT confirm whether the tour will be depart or not until the number of participant is over 20. The date of departure are all stated on the calendar below. For the date which does not stated as below doesn’t mean we will not depart.It only means that day has low possibility to depart. If the tour cannot be depart in final, we will send you a notification mail three days prior to your departure date. You may choose to get back the refund or change to another departure date at that moment.

About Beginner training class

1.This tour accepts application from all foreigners, including japanese.Any nationality can join this tour.
2.As local japanese skier may apply the class on that day, so the number of participant is hard to confirm beforehand. You may assume the maximum number of participant in class is around 15 ppl.
3.As the coach is japanese , therefore the teaching language of class will be conducted in japanese . For those who are afraid of the problem of language barrier, please be relax and follow the action which did from coach. Our past participants are mostly non-japanese speakers, but they still could ski after following the action which taught by coach, so please don’t worry about the language problem.

About Child to Join the Ski

1.Child can join the beginner training class alone or with parents.
2.We provide rental service for child.Please write down the height of child in application form.
3.For the snowboard rental service of child, we only provide snowboard for a child with height which is above 130cm, and shoes size which is above 23cm.We do not provide snowboard rental service for a child with height under 130cm. However, we do provide ski equipment for a child with height under 130cm.

Hot Spring

1.Hot spring course is included in all packages, and it cannot be cancelled from the package. Therefore, even if you do not go to hot spring, we will not refund the money of hot spring to you.For those who would not like to go to hot spring, you may choose to stay in ski park until 17:00
2.You are allowed to enjoy hot spring for about 1 hour. Bus will be departed form ski park at 16:00 and assume to be arrived 筋湯温泉(Sujiyu-onsen)hot spring at 16:10.
3.筋湯温泉(Sujiyu-onsen)Hot spring has separated into 男湯(Male’s hot spring) and 女湯(Female’s hot spring). Please be reminded that it is not allow to wear swimsuit inside hot spring, also please bring your own towel as buying towel there request extra cost.

Application、Payment、Refund

1.Please apply the tour no later than 4 days prior to your departure date. For example, if you would like to apply the tour which hold on 5th of Jan, you MUST apply the tour on or before 1st of Jan.
2.After submitted the application form, you are not allowed to change the departure date.Please kindly send us an email to cancel the former application and resubmit a new application for updated departure date. For the cancellation, please make sure to read through the cancellation detail below. Cancellation fee will be charged if you are late to inform us the changes.
3.If the tour is confirmed 「NOT depart」 3 days prior to your departure date, you are allowed to change your departure date for FREE at that moment.
4.Agreement for this tour is confirmed once we confirmed your payment.Please note that only submitted the application form is not indicated that the agreement is being confirmed.
5.Our company accepts online payment by Paypal. You are allowed to pay by VISA or MASTER card with no service charge via Paypal.
6.After confirmed your payment, voucher and assembly points & details will be sent to your email after 3-5 working days.
7.If the tour is confirmed 「NOT depart」 3 days prior to your departure date, you are allowed to change your departure date for FREE or request for refund. Refund will be returned to your credit card through Paypal, it may take around 30~100 days for the refund progress.
8.After confirmed your application, if you would like to cancel, please refer to the cancellation rule below and send us an email which indicate your full name and departure date for cancellation. Please confirm all the details of our plans before application! Thank you!
